Q: What is required to order an air pistol or air rifle?
A: I need your address, legal name and deposit (25%) (via e-transfer)
Q: Why a deposit?
A: Simply to secure your order and fabrication and also to avoid any sudden change of mind or cancellation
Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: e-transfer is the preferred method, I also accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and in some instance Check.
Q: Can’t I make modifications to my order?
A: Yes, in most case it’s possible make a modification. Of course, last minute changes might be a problem.
Q: Do I require a PAL or license?
A: No, all air pistol and air rifle that I sell are under the Canadian law of 495FPS. You will receive a letter of conformity with your purchase
Q: How long does it take to get my purchase after my deposit?
A: At this point in time 6-12 weeks is what to expect from Morini and 16 weeks from Feinwerkbau. The 2024 Olympic were a big part of the fabrication delays
Q: Where is my order? When it will arrive? Update?
A: All updates I received will be passed to you as soon as I receive any. If you don’t receive an email from me, it’s because I have not received news or an update about your order. I’m not ignoring anybody.
Q: So again, where is my order?
A: Until I receive news, your order is considered in production. Sending several emails won’t get your order made faster. Delays do happen, and it’s a real thing. Be prepared to get this answer just like I do. But all orders will be fulfilled!
Q: Any warranty?
A: Yes, 2 years
Q: Do you do service or repair on air pistol/air rifle?
A: Yes, I do. I mainly focus on Morini, Feinwerkbau, Steyr, Walther, Aeron & some Hammerli

A: I use Canada Post Xpresspost with Signature
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Since 1995! Going on 30 years!
